X-rays are a valuable preventative tool that allows your dentist to detect problems in your mouth that otherwise would not be seen. Finding and treating dental problems early can save time, money and unnecessary discomfort.
Since the digital X-ray exposure is shorter than conventional x-rays, the amount of X-ray radiation is reduced by up to 90 percent. Also, we always use chest and thyroid shields on our patients for added protection.
